Needless to say, Québecois know their maple syrup and have mastered the art of blending it into dishes of every kind. Located in the heart of Québec City, Les Délices de l'Erable, French for "Maple Delights", is a unique bistro and shop specializing in all things maple. Whether it's pure maple syrup, maple butter, maple sugar, maple candies, maple chocolates, maple soaps, maple cookies, or a maple latte, Maple Delights will satisfy your every maple desire!
Aside from all the wonders this shop holds, you can locate hard-to-find top grade, pure maple syrup. On the second floor of the building tour the maple syrup museum and immerse yourself in the history and process of maple syrup, along with the multitude of grades and products it comes in! Then go downstairs to browse the shop and pick the perfect souvenir.
